Shipping policy
RealAwear is currently only shipping in the United States, hopefully we can expand globally very soon!
Shipping is based off of the weight of your order. Once the order ships you will receive an email notifying you. It is likely that you will receive multiple packages for your order, all products are not located at the same warehouse. So do not fret if you don't receive your full order all together.
Due to COVID-19 please allow for up to a 3 week shipping and processing time. We apologize for any inconveniences with your order. Your order will be coming please do not panic. We know this a long time to wait and we apologize in advance. You may track your order on our tracking page, use the USPS tracking website, OR download the SHOP app and track your orders from there! Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If for any reason you do not receive your order please contact info@realawear.com. We appreciate your patience.
